Dear Bergen County Jail,
I don’t know how one of your inmates got my number, but I was a tad freaked out when I got a call from your location last week. I did not accept the call, but I hope said inmate was able to get a second phone call because the one placed to me was clearly an error. At least I think it was. I’m not sure I know anyone in New Jersey, particularly not an inmate. But with my questionable past, I suppose anything is possible.
I kind of feel bad for the inmate in question now. Maybe you could give all of them two phone calls from now on so this unfortunate circumstance doesn’t happen again. That seems reasonable, right?

I guess I should make a note of it. With my fifty other notes that have gotten me nowhere! I think my problem (among many) is that I have an idea and I write one scene and then I’ve got nothing else…

It’s good that you have a whole idea, though! I’d love to have that. I’ve been editing my “secret story” and even that has been challenging. And that’s fully formed… until I get to the end which isn’t an actual end… it’s just where I stopped because I ran out of steam.

I changed part of how the male and female leads met so now I have to edit stuff all over the place. I think I did it on purpose because editing gives me something to do. And unlike many, I love editing!
