Sandra is a writer, sometimes blogger, poet, artist, emotional disaster. She thinks far too much and sleeps far too little. Yeah. I do like his music. Well, not the most recent couple of records, but before that. And I think he’s really funny at times. The commentary on his live dvd is hilarious. But yeah… kind of a freak.
I f-ed up my back… I’m not even really sure exactly how… But it was so painful I got uh… otherwise ill… so then of course the violence of that (puking) action only made the back pain worse…
Oh, that would be great. Can I borrow him next week? Otherwise it’s just hubby taking care of me after surgery and I doubt I could get him to just wear the apron, lol.
Hope this doesn’t go to spam again. WP bastards. I can’t believe you hurt yourself, and not even in the name of fun, I’m guessing. You need an MRI if the pain is so bad you’re puking. That is really not good. Pain and numbness in the legs? I am wondering about herniated disks. Now don’t panic they can be treated. I’ll email you…
I think the puking from pain was partially emotionally induced. (I am a disaster…) I don’t have numbness… Just back pain mostly. I did see my chiropractor… twice actually… last night and this morning…
Nap was helpful but I really need to walk around. And shower. Now that the boy is in middle school… after school pickup starts earlier… Oh, and I should probably eat something, too.
PS -couldn’t watch the video for some reason. But I love John Mayer music but think he’s kind of an ass in personal life. He’s a tremendous guitar player, though.
Yeah, he used to seem like such a cool guy… then he went all ass-hat. I’ve seen him live several times… up close and personal, too. I’ve got to say, he plays an amazing live show.
If you have or have access to his live dvd “Any Given Thursday”… watch it with the commentary on. It makes a great music show and comedy all in one. I need to watch that again. That’s where I began to learn about his “guitar face”.

Oh, no, ice helps me, then heat in a day or two. Lots of ibuprofen for the pain, rest if you can today. Feel better ❤
