I tried assimilation
But found alienation
I must be an abomination
Maybe my articulation
Warranted no appreciation
Now I wait in anticipation
Of my own assassination
My impending annihilation

Thanks… I don’t remember why, but at one point, I created a list of words ending with -ation… 🙂

Oh yeah, very dark. It would have been a hell of a way to start the A toZ challenge!

I may have scared everyone away if I started with this! Of course, there’s still time… for me to scare everyone…

Nope, you are stuck with us now! 😀
I am sorry I didn’t do a better “A” post, it was my lamest one. Should’ve done ABBA! Dancing queen… young and sweet… only seventeen… 😀

ABBA is written for you, pretty much! Many rhymes. I have another A also. Maybe I will post that tomorrow. Or today or someday. Oh… I just thought of another A. Ugh…kill me now. I’m going to be doing this challenge in my head for the rest of all days.

I am cheesy like ABBA! I’ve seen Mama Mia three times. The live musical that is! Lol!

I’ve never seen it!

Oh it’s ridiculous but fun! All the Abba songs woven into a musical!

It sounds fun. I’ve been to some of the “big” ones… Phantom (x3), Les Mis, RENT…. oohh – Avenue Q –that was hilarious and awesome.

I love Phantom, seen that a few times, too. Les Mis makes me want to jump off a bridge! Lol!

This is brilliant, I’m glad it made it onto your blog, even if it wasn’t the choice for the challenge

I really like this – it has a very ‘slam poetry’ feel to it! Great stuff 🙂

Thanks! Maybe I should record myself reading it. That would be courageous for me… I am actually shy about some things! 😀

You should totally do it! You could always wear a disguise or do it in silhouette – I feel slam poetry can be performed in a random way!

Oh… I think I would record audio only! Although the silhouette idea might be something to try. Hmm… (I swear, I don’t hide my face because I’m a troll… I just don’t want the authorities to find me!! Or my family. LOL)
