Hello. I’m back with more pictures for the Which Way Challenge.
The rotary. [That’s a roundabout to many of you, isn’t it?]
A place where I have yelled more obscenities at other drivers than anywhere else. Vehicles in the rotary have the right of way, people!

No, this is not my home/path. On the left is a church. A block to the right is my kids’ karate studio.

These are really exciting, I know. Try to contain yourselves.

About what sandra thinks
Sandra is a writer, sometimes blogger, poet, artist, emotional disaster. She thinks far too much and sleeps far too little. Sandra lives in the Northeastern U.S. but dreams of an oceanfront home in Italy, but she would settle for a non-oceanfront home in Italy. She loves books, brutal honesty, coffee, and the color black. She hates insincerity, beer, whipped cream, and facebook. And she is uncomfortable talking about herself in the third person.
Hahaha! I know what you mean about roundabouts. They’re maddening, simply because people freak the freak out. Almost as bad as a 4-way stop! Thanks for jumping in. 😃😃

Oh yeah… the 4-way stop is a problem for people, too. Am I the only one who remembers the drivers’ ed rules for these things? I think maybe I am…

I do. It’s really not rocket science, but people make driving harder than it has to be. Frankly, they piss me off. 😃

Me too. They all need to just get the fuck out of my way. 🙂

I could not possibly agree more with that. 😃

Rotary’s are called roundabouts here in the UK. Don’t get me started though about the idiots who drive round them without using indicators so you have to guess if they want to turn in where you want to cross and then they go past and you think “Dick use your flashy things to let people know which turn you want!”. I think American cities like New York, New Orleans and Los Angeles have the right idea with lights at every intersection it means everyone gets a chance – including pedestrians.

Yes, it would be nice if people would use their turn signals! I hate to guess. Even when people do use them, I find that I don’t trust that they really mean what they’re signaling… but that’s probably my own issue! Lights can help but sometimes they can cause back-ups, too. There are just too many cars on the roads!

I hate to admit it but you’re right, far too many cars on the road. If public transport was cheaper and more frequent then more people would use it.

I also yell more obscenities while in a roundabout then any other part of my life haha!

I have kind of a lot of issues with other drivers. LOL But some are worse than others. I hate when someone cuts me off or, maybe worse, tailgates. Get off me!

The town center… they try to make it look nice. And it is… but maybe it distracts people?!

It shouldn’t be so difficult for people to handle them!
