🙂 I just really sick of the bad days. I try to have a good attitude… they’re not all going to be bad… etc… but somehow they all turn out bad anyway. I’m a disaster.

Just don’t let that self-fulfilling prophecy thang creep in. Yeah, bad days happen, to all of us. But don’t wake up assuming it’s gonna be a bad one. Please. 😊

That’s the thing… I wake up with a decent attitude but every day turns out to be a bad one. It’s not even 11 am yet and shit has already gone to hell.

Kids are fighting… Telling each other they hate the other… We’re a week into summer vacation and I already don’t know how to keep then entertained… And I’m such a depressed mess I don’t want to do anything… I had no business becoming a parent… I suck at it.

I guess but they sure act like it. It makes m really sad. And my f-ed up meds are making me just want to go back to sleep. It’s just a disaster.

She thought I needed to try something different because I should be doing better, I guess… But now I feel a lot worse. I see her tomorrow and I want to go back to the other one but I don’t know if she’ll do that. This one now is also making me constantly hungry. I feel like crap! And I feel fat… something that puts me into deep depression as I’ve worked my ass off to stay in decent shape.

You definitely need to tell her what’s going on. How long have you been on it? Takes a while for them to build up to a therapeutic level sometimes.

It’s been just over a month, but the crazy appetite and constant need to nap are out of control. I need to get off this stuff. I hope she gets that… or I’m going to feel even worse… and let me tell you… some days lately, it’s felt like I couldn’t feel worse, you know?

I’m sorry the day is going badly. The kids are just getting on each other’s nerves, i bet. I’m sure they don’t hate each other. I wish I had a good idea for how to keep them entertained but I am clueless in that department. Art projects maybe? There are a ton of tutorials on YouTube.

But it’s been a week… And we have 9 more to go…! Ugh. My daughter might be into art projects but my son probably won’t. And they’re just not super social to the point where they take off with their friends at this point. My son is a bit of a loner and my daughter’s a bit young… so it’s all on me. And everything else going on with me is just making it worse, you know? Sigh… I really want a nap.
