warning.

I’m sure I’m not the only one… but here is a snapshot of my current situation. And I am now resisting the annoying urge to ask if “you wanna build a snowman“.

About what sandra thinks

Sandra is a writer, blogger, poet, artist, emotional disaster. She thinks far too much and sleeps far too little. Sandra lives in the Northeastern U.S. but dreams of an oceanfront home in Hawaii where she could learn to surf. She loves books, brutal honesty, coffee, and the color black. She hates insincerity, beer, whipped cream, and facebook. And she is uncomfortable talking about herself in the third person.

I’m not looking forward to this. I heard 4-8 inches. Of the powdery stuff that is.

  2. Ugh. I’d be more concerned about the flooding than the snow. How much are y’all supposed to get? I know my beloved Ocracoke was supposed to get some of that too.

Please don’t send that storm this way. Today is the first day in 2 weeks that the red light on my furnace went off!

It’s supposed to hit us too. I’m more worried about the high winds! 50 mph! And subzero temperatures. I think the snow is only going to be 3-6 for us. Batten down the hatches. 😱

  9. Batten down the hatches!
But I can say, that I’m more concerned about the flooding too.
10-15 inches here isn’t abnormal for a winter storm, but the winds seem pretty high and the threat of flooding could be bad.

    But yes, let’s build a snowman! πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€

    • Yeah… the snow amount doesn’t bother me as much as the wind… and flooding sucks but it never impacts me directly. But wind… can cause power outages… which would really blow. Ha!

I bet it will be so cold that the snow won’t be wet and sticky enough to even make snowballs… boo!
