try it on.

try it on. just having fun with words.

Try this one — my favorite
You’re not supposed to be here.
Don’t worry, I waited ‘til I was alone.
Before you brought me this lacey thing?
Yes because I knew I had to see you
Wearing this one immediately
I can be quiet, I promise
No one will ever know
I’ll keep whispering as long as
We’re here in this tiny space but
I can’t promise to keep my hands
To myself when you show me how
Deliciously sexy you look in this
Tiny black thing that had to be
Made for you… only for you
Or maybe it’s really for me

swish.
[It’s all about the shape… I hope it looks as it should whether laptop or phone or tablet…]

About what sandra thinks

Sandra is a writer, sometimes blogger, poet, artist, emotional disaster. She thinks far too much and sleeps far too little. Sandra lives in the Northeastern U.S. but dreams of an oceanfront home in Italy, but she would settle for a non-oceanfront home in Italy. She loves books, brutal honesty, coffee, and the color black. She hates insincerity, beer, whipped cream, and facebook. And she is uncomfortable talking about herself in the third person.

  4. YES I LOVE IT. Oh man. This was so good. “Tiny black thing that had to be, Made for you… only for you, Or maybe it’s really for me.” That is such a perfect description of lingerie. Made for you but it’s really for me. That was such a perfect finale. Oh, you nailed this one. Bravo.

Haha! Magically delicious! I loved this post, Sandra, but I’m not sure that I’ll ever see Lucky Charms in the same way again. 😀

    • I can’t take full credit for that part – Andrew started it. (Well, maybe I did since his supermarket poem was my fault in the first place.)

And yes… we actually have a box in the house and when I asked what the kids wanted for breakfast, one of them said Lucky Charms and I lost it!
