I believed you
When you told me I was yours
I believed you
I won’t be alone any more

I never thought
I imagined in my head
I never thought
I couldn’t believe what you said

I wanted it
So desperately I was blind
I wanted it
So badly I was in denial

I realized
I was all wrong about you
I realized
No words you ever spoke were true

I wonder now
If my eyes tell tales unspoken
I wonder now
If everyone knows I’m broken
