I’m not big on Valentine’s Day (shocker!) but some of you (all of you?) must be less cynical than I am. I was playing around with some of my cute little animals, and I made a few valentines. I designed cards, of course. But my heart-hugging creatures are also available on tees, notebooks, journals, bags, pillows, stickers…
And of course, love isn’t just for Valentine’s Day… that’s just when it gets shoved in your face.
[By the way, if you would like to see any of these on a different color background, I’m sure I can accommodate. Don’t hesitate to ask for what you want…]
I promise I’m not going to make ‘selling myself’ a regular thing. I just thought I’d share these new little guys I loaded to my shop yesterday. I’m just excited I’ve been designing more stuff lately… I was going through a dry spell…
Okay… Nothing more to see here…

These are super cute Sandra! And you know… I think you should do this more often!! I am sure I will not be the only one who thinks that a little reminder and a display of your new items would encourage people to come back to the store, and therefore, buy more 🙂

Maybe I can make it a weekly update sort of thing… if I have new stuff. I just always feel like I’m being obnoxious!
I’m glad you like them. 🙂♥

you’re not being obnoxious at all! The weekly thing is a great idea… And on weeks when you don’t have new designs to announce, you could remind people of some of your first ones!
Scrolling through all the stuff in a cyber-store can be long… Weekly posts could draw some people in for specific items, and hopefully interest them enough to shop around a little?

I really like this idea. Someone suggested something similar to me before. I would like to do it but I just hate for anyone to think I’m just looking for sales, you know? I guess dumping all my personal crap and sad poetry shows that that’s not my purpose here… 🙂

Well, I for one, wouldn’t think think that… See, I have a goldfish memory. And I love your stuff… If you don’t promote, I’ll eventually think “hey!! I wonder if Sandra has something new in store” But I will definately not visit as often as if you send me a little invitation every now and then 🙂

Well, that’s very sweet of you. 🙂 I’m glad to know you wouldn’t think that. 🙂

These are great! Can you do on a black tee?
LikeLiked by 1 person
Yes… when you’re on the site, you can choose what color tee shirt you want it printed on. It will show up as whatever color I tested it on (just for fun) but you can choose black or any other available color.
Of course, depending on which one you like, it might blend in too much with a black shirt. Like the panda, for example. He might get a little lost on a black background. (Also, for the tees, I removed the words.)
Here’s one on black. (Obviously, this is a girl shirt… but there are guy ones, too.)

Aww… that would be cute. And thanks for even considering it!
I also recently loaded a get well card. you might find it amusing… I have a messed up sense of humor sometimes…

Those are cute. I’m not a big valentine’s person myself, but I like to see cute things!

Yeah, me neither… but they’re just hearts… and love. I intentionally do not put “Happy Valentine’s Day” on anything! 😀 Also, I have the same animals (and a couple more) without hearts. They’re just cute. I had Christmas ones, too. Hm… I may be obsessed with these animals. 😀

I think it’s positive to be obsessed with cute things as opposed to yucky things, fi you’re going to be obsessed! I also think it’s smart not to have the specifics like ‘happy [whatever[‘ so things can be more all-purpose.

These are soooo cute!!!
I’m not a big Valentine’s Day person either. I don’t tend to celebrate it even if I have a person to celebrate it with

I don’t either. That’s why I didn’t even think of putting “Happy Valentine’s Day” on those. To me, they’re “all occasion” cards. But Hallmark made me put them up now. 🙂

Haha good call an “all occasion card” i love when my person just surprises me with a random card. Its so much better than Valentine’s Day obligation

The Victorians used to send ‘Vinegar’ cards to those they didn’t like. There’s an interesting post on Brighton Museum’s website:

I bet a lot of people will be glad the practice doesn’t continue today!
