I think embracing it is part of my problem… Maybe. I woke up thinking I just wanted to go back to sleep but I’m awake… wishing I was asleep so I didn’t have to think. Thinking is making me feel crappy. Wish I could get my mind off the terrible things. Just another thing I seem unable to do… I’m so frustrated with myself.

I don’t think writing about the shit I deal with is a good idea… That won’t get stuff out of my head. I don’t really have much inspiration… I did need to do an errand. Sigh.

Good! Go! And take some pictures. Of anything. Go for a walk to see something interesting. Talk to a stranger. Peruse a book store. Anything. Just get out of the house. It helps.

Sadly, my back hurts. I don’t know about walking any more than I have to at the grocery store… and of course, the back pain reminds me of the whole disaster. But I will go to the store.

Yes… that’s exactly it! I’d love for my shop to get tons of business, but I don’t want to be that person who promotes it in every other post. It’s a turn off, I think.
