Color Your World… robin’s egg blue.

I really would like to post some things for this challenge that are not photos… but so far, I haven’t been inspired to do much else. Oh well. Please don’t think I’m boring… even though this is not exciting at all… unless you’re me… and/or you love paper.

My mom and I have referred to this color (and I guess others close to it) as “Martha Stewart blue” for a long time. It was kind of Martha’s signature color and always reminded us of her (and her fabulous kitchen). Still does remind me of her… although I haven’t paid much attention to Martha in years… except when she guests on Late Night with Seth Meyers. 

Aside: This is not a paid advertisement for Paper Source. Although that is one of my favorite places on earth. I know… I’m a weirdo. (But if they want to pay me, I won’t say no.)

    I love paper, and stationery of any kind, but good quality paper is just the bees knees! (Do you have that saying in the US?)

    Perfect! When you said that about Martha Stewart blue, I had visions her mixing bowls and whatnot, either this blue or a certain green.

    As for being a boring photo? Nope. Not when presented like that with the contrasting colors underneath. I like it. 😊

    I’m kinda addicted to paper myself, still use notebooks and so forth so I love this photo. And especially offset by the other vibrant colors. 🙂
