You offer your hand
Every night I reach for you
But you are a dream
can I help you find something?

Maybe you are putting too much pressure on yourself.

Beautiful. And I get not being able to write much. Same here. Big hugs!

If only I could get some of the stupid real-life stuff out of my head… then maybe I’d have room to think!

You’re welcome, Sandra. I’m also feeling a little stuck in terms of writing these days, so I can relate.

I wish I could turn on and off different parts of my brain at will. Like the light switches in my home. When I want to write, turn that switch on and all the others off. That would be great. Maybe I wish I was a robot.

Me too! Being a human-looking android would be nice. Aside from being able to control the brain, you could also replace parts easily when they wear out (your aching back, for instance).

Yes… and I could do away with any extra padding that someone stuck to my hips for some weird reason…!

Yep, I don’t need that padding either. 😉

Do you mean dreaming?

Creating beauty from sadness is a gift bestowed only on the dreamers x
