At night
My broken heart
Falls asleep in denial
Craving the life of another
But deep inside my dreams
Every drop of your love is real
And I wish for no life
But my own
At night
My broken heart
Falls asleep in denial
Craving the life of another
But deep inside my dreams
Every drop of your love is real
And I wish for no life
But my own

I’m so sorry I never saw this comment — it was in my spam folder! I don’t know why!
Thanks so much for your lovely words. 🙂

There was a moment that I think it’s still happening all my comments are being mistaken for spam. 🙂

😦 It happened to me before. If enough people unspam them (I’m not sure how many), the spam filter should re-learn. That’s what someone suggested to me. It seemed to work! 🙂

It’s at the bottom… Hajin Bae… used with permission, of course. I also thought the image was perfect… I found it after I wrote this. 🙂

I think sometimes, we all want someone else’s life. It’s easy not to see the burdens and issues each individual in life, each carry. Our burdens are our own and I think, dealing with what we’re given, means we are the best person for the job. But I also see, how we can have two opinions on the matter. Loving parts and hating others. That’s pretty human I’d say 🙂 great poem.

Thank so much, Mandi. I’d love to just choose all the “life pieces” I want and put them together… not all someone else’s… maybe not all mine either. Kind of like a salad bar. 🙂
