I totally agree with the sentiment behind the poem! Words should be reserved for true feelings and not spoken casually or else they ARE lies! Hope all is well. Raining buckets today… Forced downtime! 😘

I try to nap a few times a week. I find I get better rest with naps than I do with the nightly sleep. (Psst we are boring your followers with our sleeping habits). lol

I think there is inspiration from real life in almost everything but it is often exaggerated (good or bad) or expanded beyond the reality… or maybe I saw someone else living something… not necessarily me. Sometimes I write in first person just because. 🙂
