Yes, you read that right. Sunshine. If anyone who knew me in the flesh heard that I was chosen for anything with the word sunshine in it, they might collapse from hysterical laughter. I’m usually far more closely associated with dark clouds than sunshine. But I’m guessing there’s no award for that.

I’ve seen lots of awards floating around and when I’m nominated, I try to accept and pass them all along. I’m not generally a fan of anything chain-letter-y. But these awards help us meet other bloggers and show appreciation for their work. How could I not pay it forward?

Here are my answers to Wandering Soul‘s questions:
What gives you inspiration in life?
Music. Certain songs just make me feel things and think things and dream things… and my imagination runs away. So music. And hot guys. My writing is often inspired by hot guys. 

What was your biggest challenge till date and how did you overcome it?
I admit it’s my struggle with depression and anxiety… and I haven’t yet overcome it. Some days I’m good — you’d never know I’ve been anything but good. But I may have been a total basketcase hours before or I may be one a few hours from now. I haven’t been able to ‘fix’ whatever dysfunction in my brain causes this… and I never see it coming… or going.

What message would you give to someone who is going through a tough time?
Try not to punch anyone. I know it would feel good but you’ll regret it. Probably. 

What is the one thing that makes you happiest?
Coffee. (I confess, the not-suitable-for-all-audiences version came to mind first.)
